How likely the leveled creatures at a place are to be above the player's level, for player
levels 1 to 40. Exterior cells are colored squares; dungeons are circles at their entrance, sized by
spawn points. Computed from the leveled lists with each creature's level offset, calc-min and calc-max
applied, with RAX levlist on. Not measured in game.

Reading it
A roll is one spawn of one list; a pack of three counts as three creatures. "In the place"
treats every spawn point in the cell or dungeon as rolled once, which is what a player walking
through meets. "Graded" adds up how many levels above the player each creature is (a pack of
three creatures 3 levels above counts 9), so a creature fades out over several levels instead
of crossing a line. Points disabled at load (enabled later by quests) are left out. Hover for
the lists behind a place.

Cells
Dungeon = interior cells joined by doors, placed at a door to an exterior. City and
garden worldspaces are drawn on their parent map. Dungeons whose only entrance is in another
worldspace (Oblivion planes, test cells) appear in the table under that worldspace. Names are the
map marker near the entrance that matches a cell's EditorID, or the first EditorID.
